Please note that we are no longer utilizing Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) nor Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) as our Forming System.

This is due to the FACT that ICFs are NOT a DISINTEGRATED material and therefore creates a Toxic Environmental Hazzard to your land/landfill.

 

Our Forming System is simply a Recycable Board (reusable) that is put together (similar to Lego) with basically NO TOOLS nor EQUIPMENT other than a Hammer.

 

The Exterior Walls are a solid poured 3,000psi concrete of 6" thick, while the Interior Walls are the same but 3" in  thickness.

 

The interior walls of the home are faced with an Insulated Board (similar to drywall) and all the electrical and plumbing is placed between the concrete walls and this Insulated material.

 

WE DO NO USE ANY DRYWALL, PLYWOOD NOR PARTICLE/MANUFACTURED WOOD IN OUR HOMES.
