ECONOMIC PROPOSAL FOR THE COMMONWEALTH OF BAHAMAS

 TO MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY STRUCTURAL INSULATED “GREEN” PANEL BUILDING SYSTEMS FOR TEMPORARY/PERMANENT HOUSING

 

ConAg: JEM HOMES, “Green” Building Systems has positioned itself to introduce this ConAg: JEM HOMES “Green” Housing proposal for the Commonwealth of Bahamas. Our group is proposing to provide a “Green” Building System Housing Program that will provide temporary and permanent housing, schools, hospitals, and other structures within the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

 

This proposal is for the transfer, over time, of a specific ConAg: JEM HOMES “Green” Housing Technology (Insulated Concrete Form and SIP Panel Building System). This combined technology will provide disaster-resistant, energy-efficient structures to minimize human suffering through its implementation and equip the Bahamas to meet housing and other construction needs for the 21st century and beyond:

 

• Through the development of (proprietary) manufacturing methods for "Green" Building Systems,

• ConAg: JEM HOMES has made Building System a most cost-effective product to a level unsurpassed by anybody else in the industry

• Through improving the technology not only on how to produce and how to use Building System but also bringing other complimentary technologies for finished homes for the use “in-Commonwealth”

• Through our team of engineers, we will modify the product to utilize domestic situations with raw materials and the environment

 

The purpose of this proposal is to offer a quick response to the emergency housing needs of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

ConAg: JEM HOMES “Green” is prepared to provide Building System panelized structures to help in addressing the housing needs of the community and the needs of the Commonwealth.
